Shipping and Returns 

• Customers pay shipping for returned items. 
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the date it was shipped.
• The product must be in new condition, unwashed, and with original packaging.
• Exchanges for size/color are the customer's responsibility and must be done through the returns process.
• Only items purchased through our webstore can be returned directly to Black Line.
• Once an item is received and a return is approved, a refund will be issued.
• We offer free shipping on orders over $200 in the United States (discount applied at checkout).
• Economy and expedited shipping options available. Free shipping is sent economy by default.
• Orders typically process within 72 hours (up to 96 hours during holidays).
• Order confirmation and tracking provided by email.
