Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Customers pay shipping for returned items.
2. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date it was shipped.
3. The product must be in new condition, unwashed, and with original packaging.
4. Exchanges for size/color are the customer’s responsibility and must be done through the returns process.
5. Only items purchased through our webstore can be returned directly to Black Line.
6. Once an item is received and a return is approved, a refund will be issued.
7. Economy and expedited shipping options available. Free shipping is sent economy by default.
8. Orders typically process within 24 hours M-F
9. Order confirmation and tracking provided by email.
10. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless there was an error with the order.
